How To Use:
- Use the larger loop to make a ponytail. Be sure to keep the braided part out of the way
- Hold the elastic taut (but not too tight) and wrap it around the ponytail. Make sure the elastic loops are tight and do not slide, and evenly spaced along the length of the entire ponytail.
- Wrap the small loop around the end like a braid.
Pro tip: Don't redo the hair while in the water, even if it gets a little messy, the elastic keeps the hair in the same direction, and rewrapping it while wet will increase the tangles.

How long does shipping take?
We ship domestic orders with DHL eCommerce out of San Diego in 1-2 business days, and all packages are tendered from DHL to USPS for the last-mile delivery. What is your return policy?

What's the difference between regular and extra hold?
The difference is the thickness of the elastic used for the large/main loop that is used at the base of your ponytail or chosen hairstyle. The regular elastic is entirely made of 2.5mm elastic, while the extra hold has a large/main loop that is a bit thicker using 3mm elastic for the ponytail base. The Regular size suits most hair types, while the Extra Hold is better for coarser/coily hair and 3c-4c curls.
Are there different lengths available?
Our new Holiday Gift Pack currently only has ties available in the Regular style, with a length of 24" and individual elastic width of 2.5mm. The Regular style is perfect for ponytails measuring 5-16 inches in length, simply wrap sections smaller or longer depending on hair length. Hair thickness may impact fit.
